New shareholders at NBS Communications

Krzysztof Woch and Maciej Szczepaniak have each taken up 10% of the shares in NBS Communications, joining the existing shareholders—Anna Krajewska, founder and vice-president, and Piotr Wojtaszek, CEO.

“For over 30 years NBS has enjoyed the trust and esteem of its clients, as a result of the engagement and hard work of our experienced team,” said Anna Krajewska, founder and VP of NBS Communications. “We are pleased to share the responsibility for the firm with new shareholders, who as consultants for the past decade have made a significant contribution to building NBS’s market position. This decision will allow us to grow our agency together in the years to come.”

Krzysztof Woch, project director and one of the two new shareholders of NBS Communications, said: “We would like to thank the existing shareholders for inviting us to join the owners of NBS Communications. Thanks to the excellent relations within the team and the great autonomy in pursuing projects, we have felt for a long time that we could have an impact on the directions and tempo of growth of our agency. Joining the shareholders of NBS has deepened our connection to the firm.”

Krzysztof Woch has worked at NBS Communications since 2012. Previously he was a journalist at Parkiet and Rzeczpospolita, where he reported on companies’ finances and the capital market. He also worked at Hydrobudowa Polska, where he was responsible for media relations and investor relations. At NBS he heads communications and promotion projects for public offerings of shares and bonds, M&A transactions, and tender offers, and also advises the management boards of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on investor relations.

Before joining the agency, he was a producer and publisher for the business television channel TVN CNBC, and before that a journalist for automotive and industry press. At NBS he leads corporate communications projects, supports investor relations of WSE-listed companies, creates information campaigns for public offerings of shares and bonds, and is also responsible for production of video content for the agency’s clients.
