NBS Communications, a PR agency specialising in corporate communications, investor relations and capital markets communications, has appointed a new Management Board. After 35 years with the company, founder Anna Krajewska is passing the baton to the agency’s experienced partners. Maciej Szczepaniak and Krzysztof Woch have joined the NBS Management Board, which continues to be led by Piotr Wojtaszek, the company’s CEO since 2016.
“ After 35 years of building NBS, the time has come for change. I am handing over the agency into good hands – to experienced consultants who have been pillars of our team for more than a decade. Today, the agency has an excellent team, loyal clients and a clearly defined growth path. It is ready for its next chapter – without my day-to-day involvement, but with my full support. As an adviser to the NBS Management Board, I intend to continue sharing my guidance and experience,” said Anna Krajewska during the company’s 35th anniversary celebrations.
“ Over NBS’s 35-year history, there have been many achievements that have been important not only for our company, but also for the entire Polish capital market. None of them would have been possible without Anna Krajewska’s passion, vision and personal commitment. I would like to sincerely thank her for everything she has accomplished over the years in shaping our team and the PR best practices that define the market today,” said Piotr Wojtaszek, CEO of NBS Communications. “It is also my great pleasure to welcome Maciej Szczepaniak and Krzysztof Woch to the Management Board – consultants who have helped build NBS for many years. Together with the entire team, we have ambitious plans and will continue to support our clients with full commitment,” he added.
Krzysztof Woch has worked at NBS since 2012. Before joining the agency, he was responsible for media and investor relations at a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and earlier in his career he was a journalist at Parkiet. At NBS, he provides strategic advisory services and leads projects in investor relations and capital markets transactions. He has worked on numerous campaigns supporting initial public offerings by companies going public on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Maciej Szczepaniak joined NBS in 2013. Prior to that, he spent seven years helping to build TVN CNBC as a producer and editor. He also worked for many years as a journalist for automotive and business media. At the agency, he focuses on strategic advisory, media relations, and coordinating projects related to investor relations and corporate communications. He also conducts public speaking training.
