The NBS team triumphs again in the PRWA Excellence Award competition organized by the PR World Alliance, an international association of PR agencies from around the world. We received an honorable mention this time for the Great Urban Mobility Test, which we implemented in September 2023 at the initiative of our client Arval Service Lease Poland.
The leader in the long-term vehicle rental industry thus wanted to focus media attention on the topic of sustainable mobility and strengthen its position as an expert on the subject. The jury appreciated this experiment, which showed which means of transportation allow the fastest, cheapest and with the smallest carbon footprint to overcome urban traffic jams during the morning peak.
– The winning campaign is a textbook example of how a smart, creative and cost-effective PR campaign can help build brand awareness and achieve a client’s business goals , said Henry Feintuch, chairman of the Public Relations World Alliance (PRWA) and president of Feintuch Communications, a New York-based agency. – Involving journalists and influencers in the Great Urban Mobility Test was a brilliant move. The campaign allowed passionate journalists who cover sustainable mobility to play an active role in educating the public about more efficient and responsible commuting in urban environments – He added.
PR World Alliance is an international organization of independent PR agencies from more than 20 countries and all continents. A jury of experienced top managers from the PR industry nominated 4 of the 8 submitted projects for the award. The Great Urban Mobility Test took first place ex aequo with the Belgian agency Bepublic Group, which realized an extremely interesting campaign for the sports brand Decathlon.
The winning campaign on the NBS side was the responsibility of the Arval service team: Maciej Szczepaniak, Beata Krowicka-Makowska and Marta Bruczuk-Figiel. The award was accepted on behalf of the team by Anna Krajewska, vice president of NBS Communications, during PRWA’s annual meeting, held this year in Gothenburg, Sweden.
