Grupa Pracuj is the leader in HR Tech in Central & Eastern Europe, owner of the recruitment platforms Pracuj.pl in Poland and Robota.ua in Ukraine. It is a Polish “unicorn,” growing from an operation of just a few people to become an international group valued at over a billion dollars.

We accompanied Grupa Pracuj in its initial public offering of shares. Among other things, we were responsible for contacts with business media, and conducting informational and promotional activities directed to individual investors.

The Grupa Pracuj IPO was one of the largest initial public offerings on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2021. The value of the share offering was over PLN 1.1 billion, at a valuation of whole company of over PLN 5 billion.
