For one of Europe’s largest manufacturer of sweets, we are conducting a series of activities in the areas of CSR and internal communications.

We support Dr Gerard in building its relations with the local community of Radzyń Podlaski and Międzyrzec Podlaski, where the company has its manufacturing plants. We assist in carrying out sponsorships for interesting cultural events, and providing support for regional charitable initiatives and cooperation with municipal institutions.

Together we help ensure that residents have only the best associations with the local producer of cookies and cakes. To this end, we organized an artistic competition to design a mural to decorate the wall of the plant in Międzyrzec Podlaski.

We also assist in internal communications, coordinating publication of the company newspaper Hot Out of the Oven, reporting on company events important to employees but mostly striving to present the professional and private sides of the team.
