Dr Gerard Campaign Finale – Environmental Education in Action

At the end of September, the #SortRightGetMore campaign, on which our team has been working for the past several months, has successfully came to an end. The project, carried out for the dr Gerard brand, aimed to raise awareness among residents of Radzyń Podlaski and Międzyrzec Podlaski about responsible waste management.

As part of the campaign, we released three educational films and a teaser, which together generated more than 119,000 views across social media channels and in the local cinema. 15,000 informational leaflets were also distributed to residents, and during the reverse vending machine testing event, over 1,650 bottles and cans were collected in just a few hours.

Additionally, the campaign included an eco-lesson for youths – reaching 185 students. The session focused on climate change, proper waste sorting, and the deposit return system that was soon-to-be introduced in Poland. The workshops were led by Paulina Górska, journalist, eco-influencer and podcaster, together with Aneta Stelmaszczyk from the Kaucja.pl portal.

The campaign finale marked the culmination of several months of close collaboration with local governments, schools, NGOs, and regional media. Running throughout September, the initiative received over 40 media mentions across press, radio, and television – both locally and nationally.
