A few days ago, Hydro, the global aluminium and energy group based in Norway, completed the acquisition of Alumetal, a Polish producer of secondary aluminium. We had the pleasure of working on this transaction, implementing an information and promotion campaign to support Hydro’s public tender offer for all shares in Alumetal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was a very interesting project, not least because there was a counter offer with a higher price. Nevertheless, Hydro’s tender offer was successful \u2013 the group acquired more than 97% of Alumetal shares and the value of the transaction exceeded PLN 1.2 billion. This was possible thanks to the exemplary cooperation of all parties involved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
