In this document we present detailed information and rules for processing by NBS Communications Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw of personal data entrusted to us.<\/p>

We process personal data in compliance with the data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data\u2014the “GDPR”) and the Polish regulations issued in connection with the GDPR.<\/span><\/p>

The controller of your personal data is NBS Communications Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul.\u00a0Krucza 16\/22, 00-526 Warsaw.<\/p>

3. Legal basis and purpose of processing<\/span><\/h4>

The legal basis for processing of your personal data is GDPR Art.\u00a06(1) (a) and (f).<\/p>

Your personal data are processed for the purpose of transmitting commercial information within the meaning of the Electronic Services Act, including newsletters, exclusively with your express consent.<\/p>

Your personal data may also be processed by us for the legitimate interest pursued by NBS Communications of establishing or maintaining business relations or marketing our services.<\/p>

Submission of personal data for these purposes is voluntary but necessary to achieve these purposes.<\/p>

4. Transfer of personal data to other entities<\/span><\/h4>

Your personal data may be provided to entities processing personal data at our instructions (e.g. subcontractors), but such entities will process the data pursuant to contract and exclusively at our instruction.<\/p>

If you do consent to processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to withdrawal of consent.<\/p>
